Chicken Curry



Chicken wings give a lot of flavor to the sauce.



Chicken Curry
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 large onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, grated
2 slices ginger, grated
10 chicken wings
3 tablespoons curry powder
1 can (14.5oz) diced tomatoes
1 cup water
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce(ウスターソース)
Salt and pepper


Directions:
In a Dutch oven, heat the oil over medium heat and saute the cumin seeds and onion until caramelized for about 40 minutes.

Stir in the garlic and ginger and saute for another 1 minute.

Add the chicken wings and sprinkle generous amount of salt, pepper and the curry powder over the chicken. Stir to combine.
Add the tomatoes, water, yogurt, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Turn the heat to medium-low and simmer for 1 hour with the lid on, stirring occasionally.

Salt and pepper to taste.
