Pear Gelée (Jello)
Please do not discard pear compote syrup. Leftovers can be transformed into another wonderful dessert!
Pear Gelée
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon water
1 package (1/4oz) unflavored gelatine
1 1/2 cups pear compote syrup
Pear compote as many as you want
Directions:
In a small cup, add the water and then gelatine. Mix well with a spoon.
Microwave the syrup for 1 minute or until warm.
Microwave the gelatine mixture for 10 - 20 seconds until melted. Add to the syrup and mix well.
Cut pear compote into 1/2 inch cubes and distribute to serving cups. Pour the syrup over and refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.
