Balsamic Chicken
Serve this in casual occasions with lots of napkins!
Balsamic Chicken
Yield: about 6 wings
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken wings or wingettes
1 clove garlic, grated
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a Ziplock bag. Seal the bag and let marinate in fridge for at least overnight.
Cover a baking sheet with an aluminum foil for easy clean-up. Lay the wings upside down and broil in oven for about 10 minutes. Flip them over and continue to cook for another 5 minutes or until cooked through. Keep an eye on the wings as they can get burned quickly under broiler.
Note:
If the wings browns too quickly in the oven, cover the top with an aluminum foil.
