Yield: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
5 stalks celery
3 slices bacon
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 clove garlic, grated
Black pepper
Directions:
Peel the curved back of the celery. Then thin-slice on diagonal.
Add the celery and saute for a couple of minutes until the celery is cooked but still crisp.
Cut the bacon into strips.
In a small cup, stir the mayonnaise, lemon juice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic and pepper to combine.
In a non-stick skillet over medium-heat, saute the bacon until fat comes out.
Add the celery and saute for a couple of minutes until the celery is cooked but still crisp.
